70 Years After World War II: Can there be Peace without Justice?

Seventy years since the end of World War Two, the world has made great progress in promoting human rights and international justice, but many challenges remain. Judge Sang-Hyun Song will join Sebastian von Einsiedel, Director of the UNU Centre for Policy Research, to discuss the significance of international criminal justice to the larger human rights movement, its potential to foster conflict resolution and ensure the prevention of mass human rights abuses, and the challenges faced by the ICC.
