Harrison Okwach Ute uses performing arts to address various challenges affecting communities in East Africa. He studied performing arts at Kenya Performing Arts Academy. Harrison has worked on many themes including HIV/AIDS, Abortion, Extremism, and Peace. Harrison works for YADEN (Youth Arts Development and Entrepreneurship Network) an NGO working in East Africa.
Harrison Okwach Ute witnessed the post election violence in Kenia in 2007 and lost many of his friend. He now uses performing arts to address various challenges affecting communities in East Africa.
