Samer Alkadri talks about the transitional justice in Syria: “Within 6 years we went from a peaceful revolution of people against tyrannical regime then passing thru the concept of civil war and ending up now with a regional and international war. The only victim is the Syrian human and all we need, more than anything else, is a transitional justice to a lasting peace.”

Biography

Samer Alkadri holds a degree of fine art – oil painting. He works currently in the field of culture. He is a publisher of children books and literature; he is founder of Pages bookstore and café in Istanbul. Samer Alkadri is also founder of the new branch of Pages that will be open in Amsterdam in cooperation with the Prince Claus Fund (launch on 12th June, 2017).
