BIOGRAPHY

Tom Maliti has worked for the International Justice Monitor (www.ijmonitor.org) since May 2011, reporting on the Kenya cases at the International Criminal Court. More recently he has reported on the Al Mahdi case and the Ongwen case at the ICC. Before joining the International Justice Monitor, Maliti had worked as a reporter and editor for mainstream and niche media outlets in Africa and Asia for about two decades. Between 2001 and 2011 he was a correspondent for The Associated Press in its bureau in Nairobi, Kenya.
