Ruslan is working for “Coming Out”, a LGBT group as a coordinator of Queer Culture Festival “Queer Fest”. Furthermore, he consults and tests LGBT people for HIV and in 2017 he organized a leadership workshop for people with HIV. At the same time, he is member of the Board of Trustees and fundraiser for a charity organization, St. Petersburg Charity Public Organization for Children and Adults with Developmental Features “Step Forwards”. He is also working for Russian LGBT network in a programme to evacuate LGBT people from Chechnya.
