BIOGRAPHY
Rolph van der Hoeven is emeritus Professor of Employment and Development Economics at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University (EUR) in The Hague, and a member of the Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV). He has worked at the United Nations (1974-2008), specifically the International Labour Organization and UNICEF in Africa, New York and Geneva.
