Cyber requires a need for speed.

Traditional procurement in IT does not work. We need to speed up the system by changing the rules and be disruptive. Government, industry and academia need to share effort to be successful.

BIOGRAPHY

After a 40 year military career and 6 year General Manager of NATO’s IT and Cyber Agency, Koen Gijsbers is now advising governments and companies on cyber innovation. He had several commanders positions up to brigade level and was CIO of the Netherlands Ministry of Defence.
