It’s an ongoing process that requires collaboration among the judiciary and civil society. Gerald talks about various challenges in achieving this goal.
The Hon. Mr. Justice Gerald Ndika’s professional career, spanning over thirty years, has largely combined adjudication and teaching responsibilities. Having joined the Judiciary of Tanzania in June 1994 and served as a Resident Magistrate, he was elevated to the office of Judge of the High Court of Tanzania in June 2012. He has since December 2016 been holding the position of a Justice of the Court of Appeal of Tanzania.
