BIOGRAPHY

Born in Argentina,Fernando is a social activist. He has a Bachelor in International Affairs from Argentina. In Chile he received a degree in Security-National Defense and another one in World Politics. Currently living in Beijing (China) with a full scholarship for post-graduate in Chinese Politics and Diplomacy.
