Hector holds the Chair in International Law at the University of El Rosario (Colombia), and is ad hoc professor of International Criminal Law at the Hague University for Applied Sciences. He is chairman of the Ibero-American Institute of The Hague for Peace, Human Rights and International Justice (“IIH”), director of the Anuario Iberoamericano de Derecho Internacional Penal (Ibero-American Yearbook of International Criminal Law). director of the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic of El Rosario University (Colombia).
